Trionia AI Visibility Audit: How LLMs Describe Your Brand

Trionia AI Visibility Audit

A point-in-time assessment of how your brand appears in the answers generated by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Search is splitting in two. Half of your prospective customers, students, patients still type a query into Google. The other half are asking an AI assistant to recommend, compare, and describe. When that AI answers, does your brand show up, does it show up favorably, and is what the model says about you actually true?

The Trionia AI Visibility Audit answers those three questions with data, not opinion. ai-visibility-audit-header

What you get

A delivered audit includes a branded HTML report (interactive, easy to share internally) and an executive-briefing walkthrough. The report covers:

  1. Executive snapshot: a composite Visibility Score (0 to 100) for each major LLM, plus mention rate, average position, sentiment, and factual-accuracy grade.
  2. Brand-query deep dive: how each model describes you when asked directly, with examples.
  3. Purchase-intent heatmap: your visibility on up to 20 real-world high-intent queries sourced from your Google Search Console data and category research.
  4. Competitive landscape: who the LLMs are recommending alongside or instead of you, and where the narrative is being framed against you.
  5. Factual-accuracy ledger: specific statements the LLMs make about you that are wrong, outdated, or misattributed. This is the section our clients tell us they cannot get anywhere else.
  6. Key findings: the patterns, strengths, and vulnerabilities that emerge once all the data is on one page.
  7. Prioritized recommendations: the specific content, structured-data, and PR moves that will move the next audit's numbers.

How we measure it

Queries are drawn from your real search demand (Google Search Console exports) and augmented with category and competitor prompts. Each query is run identically across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity in fresh sessions with no prior context. Responses are captured in full and scored on:

  • Presence (mention rate)
  • Position and share of voice (where you appear relative to competitors)
  • Sentiment (positive, neutral, negative framing)
  • Detail depth (thin mention vs. full description)
  • Factual accuracy (every verifiable claim the model makes about you is checked against ground truth)

The composite Visibility Score weights those dimensions and normalizes them into a single, trackable number per LLM.

Why it matters

Because the AI assistant's answer is increasingly the only answer your prospect will see. If the model omits you, you lose without ever being compared. If the model mentions you but misstates your pricing, positive attributes or your leadership, the damage is worse than silence. Most measurement tools on the market today stop at "were you mentioned." We go further and tell you whether what was said is true.

What makes Trionia's audit different

Three things:

  • Factual accuracy is a first-class dimension, not an afterthought. Every audit includes a ledger of specific, citable inaccuracies the LLMs state about your brand, with corrected ground truth alongside.
  • Queries are grounded in your real search demand, not a generic prompt list. We pull from your Google Search Console data so you're measuring the questions your prospects are actually asking.
  • You get actionable fixes, not just a score. Every finding is paired with a specific, prioritized recommendation. You should know what to do Monday morning.

Timeline and what we need from you

The standard audit runs 5 to 10 business days from kickoff to delivery. To get started we need read access to your Google Search Console property, a list of your top 5 to 10 competitors, and a 30-minute kickoff call to align on priority queries, programs, or product lines.

What comes after

The one-time audit is a baseline. LLM outputs shift continuously as models are retrained, retrieval layers update, and your own content ecosystem evolves. Clients typically move from the initial audit to an ongoing measurement engagement (monthly or quarterly) once they see what the first report surfaces.
